Negotiations on the Iranian nuclear program will be discussed at Wednesday's meeting between Trump and Netanyahu.
Ahead of the talks, Iran's foreign policy spokesman Esmail Baqaei emphasized that the country is negotiating with the United States.
It is up to the United States to decide to act independently of the pressures and destructive influences that are harmful to the region, he said.
Negotiations between Iran and the US collapsed after Israel's attack on Iran this summer, but were recently resumed.
"The June experience was very bad. Therefore, given these experiences, we are determined to secure Iran's national interests through diplomacy," Baqaei said.
