According to Army Chief Amir Hatami, a thousand newly built drones have been added to the army's various units. Such reinforcements are "constantly relevant, given the threats" Iran faces, he said, according to state media reports.
In this way, Iran can meet any invasion with force, Hatami said.
Iranian attack drones have been exported primarily to Russia, which has fired dozens and sometimes hundreds of them into Ukraine on single days in recent years. It is not clear which model of drones Hatami is referring to.
