The message comes after a meeting with the IAEA's Deputy Director General Massimo Aparo in Tehran.
The meeting aimed to establish a framework for cooperation. Gharibabadi says that the Iranian delegation also expressed strong criticism that the organization "has not fulfilled its obligations" during the twelve-day war between Iran and Israel, when Israel attacked several of Iran's nuclear facilities. After that, Iran interrupted cooperation with the supervisory body, and the IAEA's inspectors left Iran.
Aparo, who is head of the IAEA's department for security control, did not visit any nuclear facilities during his stay in Iran.
