“An agreement is within reach, but only if diplomacy is prioritized.”
A third round of indirect talks between Iran and the United States is expected on Thursday in Geneva, Switzerland.
Araghchi also reiterates the Iranian regime's message that Iran "under no circumstances" intends to develop nuclear weapons, and that "peaceful nuclear technology" is a right.
