According to Israel's health department, nearly 290 people have been treated in hospitals across the country overnight. The majority of them are described as lightly injured.

In Iran, Israel is said to have attacked military bases belonging to the Quds special force of the Revolutionary Guard in Tehran overnight.
Since Israel attacked Iran on Friday, the two countries have been attacking each other on a daily basis. According to Iranian state-controlled media, nearly 130 Iranians were killed in the Israeli attacks on Friday and Saturday, while a further 900 people were injured.
The US-based human rights group Human Rights Activists in Iran, which has long followed the development in Iran, reports that over 400 people have been killed and over 650 injured over the past three days. Iran has not confirmed the information.
In Israel, more than 20 people have been killed and several hundred injured since Friday.
