An investigation into terrorist offenses where five people were suspected is being dropped.
The evidence is not sufficient to bring charges, says prosecutor Lars Hedvall, to SVT Sörmland.
The men, who were linked to the terrorist group IS, were arrested in April last year in a coordinated operation by the police's national task force in Eskilstuna, Linköping, and Strängnäs.
Four of them were detained on suspicion of terrorist offenses, but were released a few months later.
According to Lars Hedvall, the evidence is not sufficient to bring charges.
We have turned every stone since it is such serious crime, he says.
