All tracks lead to a person who does not live in Sweden and whom we do not have the opportunity to prosecute from here for this, says prosecutor Karin Lundström-Kron to the radio.

It was during last season that the threats became known. Several threats were directed against, among other things, players in Rosengård, but also other Damallsvenskan players. According to Radiosporten, a total of around 30 police reports of threats have been received.

Some of the threats, a death threat against a player in Rosengård, were temporarily posted publicly on Youtube.

The threats meant increased security for Rosengård and police presence at matches. The club also closed training sessions for a while.

To Radiosporten, Karin Lundström-Kron says that no further investigative efforts will be made from the Swedish side against the person who made the threats.

It is a person who has never lived in Sweden. Who does not have any connection to Sweden. They simply cannot always be investigated here.
