The Social Democrats and the Green Party have signaled concern about the issue of Left Party member Lorena Delgado Varas, who is no longer to represent V in the Riksdag, writes DN, citing an internal V document.

The Left Party's executive committee prepared a decision-making basis before a meeting at the beginning of May, ahead of the decision on Lorena Delgado Varas having to leave her assignments, writes DN, which has taken part of the document.

In the document, it emerges that both the Social Democrats and the Green Party have "signaled concern and frustration over the situation and given signals that they think it is unsustainable", and it is also warned that Delgado Varas' actions give S "the opportunity to mark against the Left Party to avoid handling our demand to be part of a government" after a possible red-green victory in the parliamentary election next autumn.

On April 7, Member of Parliament Delgado Varas shared a post on social media claiming, among other things, that "Zionist Jews" control the world through control over politics and banks.

The party leadership believes that Delgado Varas has shown poor judgment on repeated occasions and that she therefore cannot represent the Left Party in parliament. However, she can remain a party member.
