The criticism mainly concerns a lack of communication, weak leadership and the handling of Linn Svahn during the Olympics.
"In the end, you get tired," a national team skier tells Expressen.
In sporting terms, the Olympics were a success with five gold, four silver and one bronze. But beneath the surface, dissatisfaction seems to have bubbled up, directed at national team manager Byström.
He is not entirely surprised by the criticism.
"This is something that happens every spring. That there are different forms of dissatisfaction is reasonable. We are involved in a competitive sport. What is a shame is that they are preempting this by talking to you," he tells Expressen.
