At San Siro, it was an open game and until the very end, two teams were going for all three points to get closer to Napoli at the top of the table.

The swing was just the beginning as the match developed. Piotr Zielinski gave Inter the lead, whereupon Dusan Vlahovic and Timothy Weah turned the tables.

Juventus quickly lost their advantage at the end of the first half.

Henrikh Mchitaryan and Zielinski saw to it that Inter got a new grip on the match.

When Denzel Dumfries made it 4–2, it looked like it would be a point-less visit for Juventus in Milan. Then, the German-born Turkish national team star Kenan Yildiz stepped forward.

First with a reduction, then with the equalizer that saved the evening for Juventus.

Napoli leads after nine rounds of Serie A with 22 points, four more than the reigning champions Inter and five more than Juventus.
