The suspended listed company Intellego Technologies is now being sued for SEK 210 million by Heights Capital Management, according to a press release.
This is in connection with the American investment company subscribing for shares in Intellego in connection with a private placement in October.
"Intellego will take a position on the claim after Heights has specified the size of its claim and the circumstances that Heights claims form the basis for the claim," Intellego writes in a press release.
Intellego has been suspended from trading on the stock exchange since November 18 following a raid by the Swedish Economic Crime Authority.
