The alarm was received at 10 p.m. and the man, who was in his 30s, was pronounced dead by medical personnel at the scene. Next of kin have been notified.

A man in his 30s was arrested after he was found walking along a road in the area. He was later taken into custody by prosecutors. The incident is being investigated as murder and police suspect that the arrested man disposed of the object used in the attack along the road, reports Jönköpings-Posten .
"There is currently nothing to indicate that there are more perpetrators, we believe we have arrested the person responsible," says Martina Gradian.
