The man was arrested and detained for over three weeks ago, on probable cause suspected of unlawful harassment. Now he has undergone a so-called section 7 investigation, and it shows that mental disorder is not suspected, neither at the time of the act nor during the examination.

The man has been sentenced to prison on three occasions, including for violent crimes. In the podcast "Högt i tak" Bianca Ingrosso has said about him:

He has really taken himself in and started controlling my life.

The man has appealed his detention, but has been denied by both the Svea Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. He has also reported the prosecutor for bias, and claimed that she is "a fan of the plaintiff".

The investigation shows that he lacks "an exaggerated interest in weapons and violence", and that he perceives himself as fully healthy. The doctor also writes that he "speaks coherently, without giving expression to obvious delusions".

In the event of a guilty verdict, there is therefore no reason for him to undergo a forensic psychiatric examination.
