"The Fifa Forward Enterprise, or FFE, is really a proposal, an offer. It is part of a democratic process and above all it is an opportunity but not a requirement," he says.
The president of the International Football Association Board says the proposal aims to unlock “previously untapped commercial value” and emphasizes that the proposal is dependent on a vote among the 211 member associations, as well as approval by the FIFA Council.
