Just over three months before the World Cup in the United States, Canada and Mexico, FIFA is proposing that players could be sent off with a red card if they cover their mouths during discussions with opponents.
Gianni Infantino believes that action is necessary in the fight against racism.
"If you have nothing to hide, you don't hide your mouth when you say something. It's that simple," Gianni Infantino told Sky News.
The proposal may be considered at the FIFA Congress in Vancouver on April 30.
