Of the 243 people on board, 172 have been found, of whom 108 are survivors. Search efforts are still ongoing for 71 people, the country's national rescue agency announced.
The accident occurred on September 13. The ship was traveling between the islands of Java and Borneo when it encountered heavy weather and lost contact with its shipping company. It later became clear that the ship had capsized.
