Increasingly tough situation for the Russian economy as growth forecast downgraded to 0.4 percent

Russia's economy is expected to grow by just 0.4 percent this year, a sharp downgrade from an earlier forecast of 1.4 percent, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said in an interview with the newspaper Vedomosti.
