In the Allsvenskan derby between IFK Göteborg and Häcken, Jesper Jansson attacked the fourth official, Granit Maqedonci.
The reason was Rockson Yeboah's red card.
"By stating that the verdict was based on racism, Jesper Jansson has spoken in a way that was inappropriate and offensive to Granit Maqedonci," the Swedish Football Association's disciplinary committee said in its decision.
IFK Göteborg appealed Yeboah's suspension - which was later overturned by the disciplinary committee.
