All public transport in Luleå is suspended until further notice, due to icy conditions, the municipality's transport company LLT announces on its website.
"Rain on icy roads makes the surface very difficult," writes LLT.
SMHI has previously issued a yellow warning for sudden ice slippage in parts of the coastal areas of Västerbotten and Norrbotten.
