Joey LaLeggia won the puck in his own zone and could play it forward to a free André Petersson.

It's great. Nice to give the supporters a little joy, says two-goal shooter Petersson to TV4.

The match hero was, however, not entirely satisfied despite the win.

I don't think we reach the level we want to reach at all. They were furious after the previous match, came out hard, and put us on our heels. We need to do better in the next match.

Modo's team captain David Rundblad:

Clearly a tough loss, for 40-50 minutes of the match we're better, and also in the start of the overtime.

The match series is now tied at 2-2, after Modo had led 2-0 in matches.

HV71 got a dream start to the match, when Joona Luoto gave the home team the lead just 23 seconds in.

Modo could, however, respond and equalized a few minutes later through Tyler Benson.

During the second period, HV71 pulled away to 3-1, but Modo could reduce and then equalize in the third period.

Qualification match five will be played on Sunday in Örnsköldsvik.
