The County Administrative Board in Norrbotten County has now established the result in the Sami Parliament election, writes The Election Authority in a press release.
The Hunting and Fishing Sami become the largest party and get twelve seats. Next follows the Sameland Party with seven seats and Guovssonásti which gets six seats.
In this year's election, 5,939 people voted, which means a voter turnout of 60.9 per cent. And it is a decrease from the previous election in 2021 when 64.8 per cent voted.
