One example is the care company Familjehemsguiden AB, which has distributed 10 million kronor over ten years. The majority of this has gone to Gerty Fexler Höjer - former V-group leader in Trosa municipality - and her husband Ulf Höjer. Both are V candidates in the municipal elections on 13 September.
"I myself am not completely against welfare profits, but there should be a limit on how much you can take out. You can ask my party colleagues what they think," Gerty Fexler Höjer tells the newspaper.
V leader Nooshi Dadgostar notes that dividends from welfare companies are legal today:
We want to make it illegal regardless of whether it is a Left Party member or a Sweden Democrat who is doing it.
