Of the approximately 72,000 migrants estimated to have entered the Spanish exclave of Ceuta in North Africa last week, about 70,000 have now returned to Morocco, Spanish authorities say.
Of those remaining in Ceuta, a large proportion are unaccompanied children or young people. Ceuta leader Juan Jesus Vivas says authorities are taking care of around 1,100 minors despite having capacity for only 90.
This is a completely unsustainable situation, he says.
