Fewer patients – significantly more deviations.
That's how the chaotic last week looked like at Södra Älvsborgs Hospital in Borås due to the new journal system Millennium, reports P4 Sjuhärad.
At the hospital, over 300 deviation reports related to Millennium were made.
The figure is significantly higher than a normal week and this despite the fact that care has been reduced due to the Millennium shift, which took place early on Tuesday, November 12th.
The deviations concern both medical matters and events related to the work environment at the hospital. On Friday – three days after the introduction – Västra Götaland Region chose to temporarily pause Millennium.
