Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin accuses Kyiv of trying to disrupt the Russian election that ends on Sunday and says that 450 drones aimed at the capital have been shot down.
The governor of the capital region, Andrei Vorobyov, writes on Telegram that at least two people have been killed in two different places, that a 21-storey building has been hit, and that an oil refinery has been damaged.
