In SEB's latest edition of the bank's house price indicator, respondents on average expect a policy rate of 2.04 percent. This compares with 1.96 percent the previous month.
The survey also shows that almost four out of ten (38 percent) of those surveyed have a variable interest rate, which is slightly higher than the previous peak.
The proportion with a fixed interest rate is 14 percent. Despite the expectation that the key interest rate will be raised, only one in ten believes that house prices will fall. At the same time, every second person in the survey predicts rising prices.
