Residential property prices in Stockholm fell by 0.7 percent in November compared to October. Compared to the same month last year, however, prices were up 1.4 percent.
Danske Bank notes that there are still relatively few transactions in the housing market.
"Overall, housing prices are moving in the right direction, despite a notch in the curve in November. This strengthens the picture of a gradual recovery in the housing market and that price increases going forward will be more moderate than in the years with lower interest rates," says Danske Bank's Chief Economist Susanne Spector in a press release.
