The fire alarm came in just before 2 a.m. on Wednesday.
It is a fully developed, ongoing fire in a villa that is more or less completely engulfed, says Lars Jostelius, alarm and control operator at the rescue service.
Police say two people were taken to hospital as a result of the incident. The extent of their injuries is unknown.
The fire department expects to remain on scene overnight.
