In an attack on the city of Beit Lahia, at least 22 people were killed in an attack on a building where displaced people had taken shelter in northern Gaza, according to the Kamal Adwan hospital. According to the reports, eight of the victims were from the same family.
In another attack, in Nuseirat in central Gaza, seven people were killed, including two children, their parents, and three relatives, according to reports from the Awdah hospital.
Two more people were killed in an Israeli air attack on a house in Gaza City, according to the civil defense in Hamas-ruled Gaza, writes Haaretz.
Israel has intensified its offensive against Hamas, labeled as a terrorist organization, in northern Gaza since the beginning of October, but has not initially commented on the hospital's latest reports.
Israel's military says it is trying to avoid harming civilians and accuses Hamas, which rules Gaza, of hiding among civilians.
The war broke out following Hamas' large-scale attack on Israel on October 7 last year.
