The man, who is in his 20s, was charged with 44 crimes against 13 elderly women and men he visited during his time as an employee.
The man is alleged to have filmed the elderly, several of whom suffer from dementia, without their consent or without their understanding that they were being filmed. In some of the cases, they were filmed without clothing. The man is also alleged to have insulted an 86-year-old and a 92-year-old in Arabic.
In total, he was convicted of 36 counts of offensive photography and seven counts of molestation.
The man has denied any wrongdoing in police interviews and stated that he is not the one seen in some of the films. He has also claimed that some of the translations from Arabic are incorrect.
The penalty is set at one year in prison and damages.
