Holly Humberstone was due to play at Nalen in Stockholm on September 24, but the gig and the rest of the European tour have now been cancelled.
"A member of our touring party suffered a serious, life-threatening emergency yesterday morning on the bus as we arrived in Cologne," the singer wrote on Monday. She said the person was taken to hospital and is in stable condition.
"We are a family and it would not feel right to continue, so I have made the difficult decision to cancel the rest of the European tour," Humberstone writes, adding that she apologises to fans and promises to reschedule concerts for future dates.
