TV4 will continue to broadcast the second-highest men's league until 2030, the channel's sports director Johan Cederqvist confirms to Aftonbladet.
"It feels great," he tells the newspaper.
There will also be some changes compared to today's broadcasts.
"What we know in terms of packaging is that we will have more matches on TV12. We will also broadcast matches on TV4, which we haven't had before," Cederqvist says.
TV4 has previously secured the rights to broadcast the Swedish top league, the SHL, until 2030.
