The first of the famous fashion designers to collaborate with H&M was Karl Lagerfeld in 2004. Over the years, names like Stella McCartney, Maison Martin Margiela, Kenzo and Sonia Rykiel have created clothes for an audience that would not normally be able to afford their garments.

The exhibition features 30 selected collaborations.

"This is a major chapter in our contemporary fashion history. We wanted to create inspiring environments and make a selection that playfully invites the visitor in," says Vanessa Gandy, CEO and museum director of Sven-Harry's Art Museum, in a press release.

The exhibition will be on display from October 15 through April 4.
