Clothing chain H&M is closing two of its larger stores in Manhattan, New York, reports the New York Post. In total, the store space amounts to 5,100 square meters.
The one store that is closing is located in the shopping mall at the World Trade Center.
In connection with the latest interim report, H&M stated that the number of stores had decreased by 180 globally to a total of 4,118 compared to the same period last year. The closure of the two stores means that H&M will now have eight stores left in the city.
