Consumers' craving for Coca-Cola persists, despite higher prices.
While several companies, including competitor Pepsico, best known for the soft drink Pepsi, have experienced a increasingly difficult consumer market, this does not seem to be the case for Coca-Cola.
The company has on average raised prices by 9 percent, according to the interim report now published.
This does not, however, prevent the organic revenues for the second quarter from increasing by 15 percent, clearly above market expectations. The company, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, is now raising its forecast for the full year 2024.
