The medical technology company Getinge made a profit before tax of 911 million kronor for the fourth quarter. It was slightly worse than the profit of 986 million for the same period in 2023.
The adjusted operating profit, however, increased from 1.2 billion to 2.0 billion kronor.
Revenues increased from 9.9 billion to 11.1 billion, while order intake increased from 8.4 billion to 9.3 billion kronor.
"In terms of sales, 2024 is a record year for Getinge and we ended it with a consistently strong quarter", writes CEO Mattias Perjos in a comment.
The Board of Directors proposes a dividend to shareholders of 4.60 kronor per share, 20 öre higher than last year.
