In those areas, the avalanche danger is four on a five-point scale.
"Very dangerous conditions. We strongly advise against staying in avalanche terrain, both on steep slopes and in areas below them," it says, among other things, about the western Vindelfjällen mountains.
The avalanche danger is significant, three on the scale, in other mountain areas assessed by the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency.
