The top two in the three semi-finals and the two fastest times in the other heats secured tickets to the European Championship final.
Larsson finished tied for fifth in his heat - fourth-place Timothé Mumenthaler was only two thousandths faster - but things went faster in the third semi-final. The final place in the final was taken by Britain's Louie Hinchliffe in 10.30.
"It's just a matter of gritting it out and getting back on track in 200 meters. I still feel that after the injury I still have some way to go before reaching my top speed, which I reach around 70 meters," says Henrik Larsson to SVT.
