The housing site Hemnet reports a profit increase of 36.5 percent during the first quarter, to 135 million kronor.
Revenues rose by nearly 30 percent to 328 million kronor.
The average revenue per published housing object landed at 6,722 kronor, which was 37 percent higher than a year ago, mainly due to customers choosing to purchase additional services.
