There is someone who is supposed to have thrown in a burning object in one of the apartments, says Johan Wisnäs, duty officer, to SVT Helsingborg.
A person who got out on their own has been taken to hospital for a check-up.
A person got out and was taken to hospital. Then 25 people who were in the building had to be evacuated to the surrounding area, says Wisnäs to SVT.
The fire that broke out early on Tuesday morning is now extinguished and most of the evacuated people have been able to return home.
