On November 24, Hellberg moved from the Swedish Football League to the English second division, and the Swede's new players seem to appreciate his way of playing.
"I think everyone is impressed with his ideas and what he wants to do. It's so clear when we go out on the pitch, everyone knows exactly what they're going to do both with and without the ball," Conway told local newspaper Teesside Live.
Hellberg's leadership is also highlighted.
He gives you the confidence to go out and do what you want to do, and I think you can see by the goals we score and what we do on the pitch that it's working, says Conway.
Middlesbrough are second in the Championship after 21 rounds played, five points behind league leaders Coventry.
