Imam Jagne reportedly told Baxter to "shut up," which prompted the goalkeeping coach to react.
"Show me the respect I deserve, I've worked here for a long time. Don't come here and think you're something," Baxter can be heard shouting in a video published by TV4 Football Channel.
Shortly afterwards, he raised his voice even higher.
"And don't tell me I'm a fucking idiot! Otherwise, go in and take it up with the boss," Baxter roared.
Teammates then intervened and broke up the fight.
Blåvitt last lost 2-1 at home to rivals AIK. On Sunday they face Malmö FF away.
