The amusement attraction Helix at Liseberg in Gothenburg had to close for an hour on Sunday due to the intense heat, reports Aftonbladet.
The tracks become too hot, then our circuit breakers trigger, says Liseberg's acting park manager Hans Skeppstedt to Aftonbladet.
The attractions Loke and Atmosfear also had to close and the high temperature is suspected to be the cause, reports GP. During the day, it was over 30 degrees in the amusement park.
Just like us humans, our attractions do not like it when it gets too hot, says the park's press officer Clara Rosendahl to GP.
The attractions should now be in operation again.
