He gets eliminated in the first "Idol" competition

The first round of "Idol" took place on Saturday and 18-year-old Leon Cotter from Stockholm was the first of the 14 contestants to be eliminated.

The contestants who received the most votes were Lukas Söderholm, Robin Sohlberg, and Margaux Flavet.

The TV4 program is 20 years old and this year's jury members are Anders Bagge and Katia Mosally, along with newcomers Peg Parnevik and Arash "Ash" Pournouri.

The program's broadcast day has been changed from Fridays to Saturdays and is broadcast from the Filadelfia Church in Stockholm.

The final is on December 7.
