Harry Kane's Bayern Munich won the Bundesliga on Sunday - without playing a football match.
The 31-year-old English national team captain, who left Tottenham almost two years ago, thus took his first career title.
This was secured as the runner-up, and the reigning champion, Bayer Leverkusen only managed to get a 2–2 draw in the away match against fourth-placed Freiburg.
Bayern Munich played 3–3 away against RB Leipzig on Saturday.
In the Bundesliga table, there is now an insurmountable eight-point gap down to Leverkusen with two matches and six points left to play for. Thus, FC Bayern's 34th German league title is already secured.
