Attacking star Pernille Harder missed a penalty at the start of the second half, but Denmark still equalized.

Former Rosengård player Olivia Holdt, now at Tottenham, tied the score 1-1 in the 63rd minute.

Lazio striker Martina Piemonte gave Italy the lead in the 19th minute.

Denmark, like Sweden, has four points, but tops the group thanks to a better goal difference after Denmark's 3-1 win in a World Cup qualifier against Serbia.

On April 14, Sweden and Denmark will meet at Gamla Ullevi in Gothenburg. The top team will go directly to the World Cup in Brazil in 2027. The other three teams will play in a playoff.
