Tottenham says the 22-year-old right-back has signed a multi-year contract.
"I'm very happy to be at Spurs. I got goosebumps when I put the shirt on," she tells Tottenham's website.
Hanna Wijk has played in Häcken since 2021, with this year's Swedish Championship gold medal as the highlight.
She becomes one of four Swedes at Tottenham, who are fifth in the Women's Super League. Amanda Nildén, Josefine Rybrink, and Matilda Vinberg are also already at the London club.
"It's always been my dream to move abroad and play in this league. I love the league and have watched it a lot from home, so I'm looking forward to playing here in England," she says.
