On loans with a fixed term of two and three years, Handelsbanken is raising the interest rates by 0.10 percentage points to 3.49 and 3.59 percent, respectively.
For loans with a five-year term, there will be an adjustment of 0.15 percentage points to 3.89 percent. Increases will also be made for eight- and ten-year terms (0.25 percentage points).
For Danske Bank, this is an increase of between 0.10 and 0.15 percentage points, which means, among other things, a list rate of 3.36 percent for two years and 3.49 percent for three years. The interest rates on mortgages with a maturity of three months and one year are left unchanged.
The adjustments are due to rising market interest rates, which have increased borrowing costs, the bank writes in a comment.
