Anna Lagerquist injured her foot during the Handball World Championship last year - and left the championship. She has not been selected for the European Championship qualifier against Serbia next week.
The 32-year-old has played in Lugi, Nykøbing, Rostov-Don, Neptunes de Nantes - and is ending her career in Hungarian Györi.
Lagerquist made her first competitive international appearance against Spain in 2016.
