It has been rumoured for a long time that he was on his way out of Djurgården, but now it is clear. Hampus Finndell is leaving Djurgården and moving to the Polish league.
"This transfer marks another step in our effort to rebalance the squad and create space for further changes going forward," says Djurgården's football director Maximilian Hahn on the club's website.
Hampus Finndell has played 147 competitive matches and scored 17 goals for Dif.
Jagiellonia Białystok is in 10th place in the Polish top flight after three rounds and is in the play-off round for the Europa League.
